1) Monitor ATIS
2) Contact Approach prior (at least 20nmi out) to entering Class C.
3) Contact Tower prior to entering Class C Airspace.
4) Remain on Tower frequency until instructed to change to Ground.

Departures:1) Monitor ATIS.
2) Contact Clearance Delivery on 132.9 with your destination or direction of flight and record your transponder code, frequency and heading.
3) Contact Ground when ready to Taxi.
4) Contact Tower when ready for takeoff.
5) Contact Departure when instructed by Tower (while within Class C).
6) Contact Hawthorne Radio to open flight plan.
Noise
Abatement:		Avoid overflyin UCSB 1 mi S.W. of arpt. Maintain at least 1,000' until past UCSB.
Straight-ins to rwy 25 discouraged.
Practice maneuvars shall not be conducted below 4,000'.
Notes:Remain clear of aerial tanker base. Be aware of tankers and aerial firefighting activities operating Summer & Fall.
